Know all men by these Presents That I John M. Money of Charlestown County of Washington State of Rhode Island for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and their valuable consideration to me paid by Timothy A Money of Charlestown County State aforesaid the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge to be remise released and forever quit claimed and by these presents do remise release and forever quit claim with him the said Timothy A Money his heirs and assigns forever all the right title interest property claim and demand which I now have or may by right have to claim in and to two certain tracts or parcels of land situated in Charlestown in the South side of Pawcatuck River and is bounded & described as follows the first beginning at Beriah Kenyon's North East corner thence Northerly by the granted land to the Pawcatuck River thence westerly by said river to the South end of the town fence Northerly to the highway thence Southerly by said highway Mortons land of the grantee Thence Easterly & Southerly by said grant cornice land to land of Beriah Kenyon thence Easterly by said land Kenyon to land ever first named by estimation one half acre be the same more or less reserving to myself my heirs & assigns the right to pass and repasse across said all my land - Second tract beginning at a slit stone set in the ground in the meadow on the said fence North 18° E 18/100 ft by the granted land to state stone near the bank of the river thence Easterly to the center of river Thence Northerly by said river to land of granted fence therefore Northerly by granted land to corner first named containing by estimation 12 acres be the same more or less I have and hold to the same with all the rights privileges and appurtenances thereof or thereunto appertaining to him the said Timothy A Money his heirs and assigns forever And I the aforenamed John M Money grant and for my heirs executors and administrators covenants with the said Timothy A Money his heirs and assigns that said Timothy aforesaid and defend the aforiz described premises to the said Timothy A Money his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by through or under me And I Jane Money wife of said John M Money in consideration over above stated do hereby release and forever quit claim any right of Ownership in the above described premises In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 18 day of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Signed sealed and delivered in presence of John M Money L.S.
