1 We, CHARLES DENNIS MACOMBER and RACHEL HOWLAND MACOMBER, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, both of the City of Cranston, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to GEORGE H. STILLMAN and EVELYN S. STILLMAN, husband and wife, of Queens Village, County of Queens, State of New York, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain parcel or tract of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and delineated as Lot 16 (sixteen) on plat entitled, "Powgat Edge Plat," on file or to be filed in the Town Clerk's Office, said Town of Charlestown also, being shown as Lot Number 43 (forty-three) on Assessors' Plat No. 17 on file in said Clerk's Office.
