Know All Men by these Presents that I Mary
Briggs of Mansfieldes County of bristol State of Massachusets
In consideration of the sum of fifteen (15) dollars to me
in hand paid by deadah E Berry of Kingston State of Rhode
Island The receipt of which i hereby acknowledge do
give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Sarah
E Berry all my right title and interest in two certain pieces
or parcels of lande said parcels of lande containing fourteen Acres
more or less and situate in the town of Charlestown County
of Washington State of Rhode Island the same to be an
hundred and sixty part of said parcels of lande To have and
to hold the same and her heirs and assigns for themselves
and heirs forever.

Know all men by these Presents That we Ezekiel
The Browning of Sebastian Lot & John W Sherman of
South Kingstown State R.I. for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and thirty more or 130 dollars to us
paid by Mary G Holloway of South Kingstown aforesaid
this our act delivering up the deeds heretofore acknowledged, do hereby,
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Mary G
Holloway her heirs their heirs and assigns forever all the right
title and interest which we have and are unto a certain
tract of land situated in Kingstown State R.I. containing
one hundred and four acres more or less and known as
"the lounge Browning wood lot" and bounded as follows
beginning at the South west corner of said plot by the highway
thence North easterly bounding Westly on trees of the house
Oliver Conrads until it comes to the Left hand fence
Easterly bounding Northly in said plot land to land
of Benjamin Tucker thence South Easterly bounding
North Easterly on said Benjamin Tuckers land to land
of Phil Tucker thence South Westerly bounding South easterly
