410 Know all men by these presents that I Cyrus B.
Shomplin of North Kingstown in the County of Washington and
State of Rhode Island, Executor of the estate of Alphonso Holladay,
a person of full age year; of said Kingstown aforesaid, and for and
in consideration of the sum of three and ten dollars paid me by,
Benjamin B. Green and Alfred Collins of North Kingstown in the
County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof i do hereby acknowledge
do hereby bargain sell and convey unto the said Benjamin
B. Green and Alfred Collins their heirs and assigns forever all
the right title and interest which the said Alphonso Holladay has
in and to a certain lot of salt marsh land situated in said Northstown
containing by estimation ten acres more or less, and is bounded on the
East by the channel & north according to the Charleston beach, South &
Westly and Southerly on land of Henry Langford of Pawtucket Bay
and others or persons who shall succeed the same boy boundaries and
lines as they appear in the Survey drawing marked bot
To have and to hold the same with all the rights and privileges
to the same belonging to the same Benjamin B. Green and
Alfred Collins their heirs and assigns forever
In witness whereof I have hereunto in my capacity of Executor
set my hand and seal this Third day of May 1878.

of May 1878 Cyrus B. Shomplin personally appeared and
in his capacity of Executor acknowledged the foregoing
instrument by him signed to be his free act and deed
