Smith personally appeared before me and acknowledged the aforegoing instrument to him signed, sealed to his free and voluntary act and deed, And that after there on the same day, also appeared Eleanor Swan Smith wife of said William D. Smith personally appeared before me, and being by me examined privately and apart from her said husband, she acknowledged the Indenture deed which was by me shown and explained to her to be her free and voluntarily act and deed, and declared to me that she did not restrict the same.
