I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town of North Haven, County of New Haven, State
of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Susie J. Brown, wife of J. Nelson
Brown, of the Town of Olneyville, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, with
WARRANTY CONVEYS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or
parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of
Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots Numbers 185 and 186 shown on a "Map of
Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island; owned and developed by Thomas F.
Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, C. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New
Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said
lots are bounded as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by Burnham Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50)
feet, more or less;
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 187, as shown on said Map, one hundred
(100) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lots Numbers 148 and 149, as shown on said Map,
fifty (50) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 184, as shown on said Map, one hundred
(100) feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean front.
Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee
all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises
