631 Warranty Deed Charlestown, Rhode Island Know all men by these presents, that Passo Botunde and Eleanor Beatrice [?], and Mary C. Pelton, his wife, of 195 PewtxtName Avenue, Norwood, Massachusetts, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) paid to them by Leroy C. Grinnell and Lillian H. Grinnell, with Warranty Conveyants the land situated and lying in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, lain out and delineated as follows: Lot Three-Hundred and Eighty-Three (383) on that plat entitled, "OCEAN RIDGE PLAT" Two (2) in the Town of Charlestown, R.I. Property of Fred E. and Ethel W. Kroher, Surveyed and platted ( July, 1954 ) by William R. Hemingway, Engineer, which plat is recorded in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown, in Plat Book 2 at page 4 together with the right to use the roads and streets as they are laid out upon the plat heretofore referenced and also together with the right to use in common with others, the ways (party lot 40 feet in width) designated as "Private Right of Way" and the park best land lying laid out and designated as "Park and Boat Landing" upon that plat entitled, "Ocean Ridge Park and Boat Landing" recorded in the said Office of the Town Clerk in Charlestown in Plat Book 2 at page 4 But reserving nevertheless, to their grantees and their heirs and assigns the right to install in the roads and streets, telephone and electric poles line conduits or guy wires, and to maintain the same.
