606 Warranty Deed We, FRED E. KROKER and ETHEL W. KROKER, hs. and w. of Mansfield in the County of Bristol in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, of 524 Park Street, [?] prop to Robert C. Hendricksen, hs. wife, of 524 Park Street, Boylstonville, Connecticut, as joint tenants with Warranty Convey the land described as following in the Town of Charlestown in the state of Rhode Island, laid out and delineated as Lot Thirty-Two (32) One plat entitled, "OCEAN RIDGE Plat [?] in the Town of Charlestown, R.I.
