600 Warranty Deed We, FRED E. KROKER and ETHEL W. KROKER, his wife, of Mansfield in the County of Bristol in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for consideration paid and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant to Ernest A. Mailhot and Rita A. Mailhot, his wife of 41 Reynolds Street, Danielson, Connecticut, in said town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, and to their heirs and assigns forever, With Warranty Covenants the land situated and lying in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, laid out and delineated as Lot Sixty (60) on that plat entitled, "OCEAN RIDGE Plat One" is in the Town of Charlestown, R.I.
