Know all men by these presents, that the Pace Dale Manufacturing
Company a corporation created by the General Assembly of the state of
Rhode Island, in consideration of seven hundred dollars to said corporation
paid by John C. Walker of Charlestown in said state, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, assign, transfer and set over
to said John C. Walker his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
that certain Mortgage deed from William Springer and wife to said Pace
Dale Manufacturing company dated this 30th day of November 1865
and recorded in the office of the town clerk of Charlestown in said
state in Deed book no 9 page 64, together with the right title and
interest of said corporation in the land and premises described
therein and the note and debt secured thereby.
To Have and to hold the same to and to the use of
said John C. Walker his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, according to the premises of said Mortgage deed.
In witness whereof said company has caused these presents
to be signed and the corporate seal thereof to be here affixed
this twenty fourth day of August AD 1874 by Roland Hazard
Treasurer thereof for this purpose duly authorized.
