KROKER, hie of wife, of Mansfield in the County of Windham in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for consideration paid, grant and convey to Joseph H. Devlin and Irene Devlin, his wife, of 250 Hoxsie Avenue, Hoxsie, Rhode Island, with Warranty Covenants the land situated and lying in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, laid out and delivered as Lots One-Hundred and Ten (110) and One-Hundred and Eleven (111) on that plat entitled, "OCEAN RIDGE Plat One" in the Town of Charlestown, R.I. Property of Fred E. and Ethel W. Kroker, Surveyed and laid out [?] May 9, 1954, witnessed R. E.
