499 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, CYRIL G. ROBERTS and HELEN E. ROBERTS, husband and wife, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to PAUL J. RICHARD, of the Town of Richmond, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) in eight years, with interest at six per centum (6%) per annum, payable semi-annually in advance as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of date herewith extended, in accordance with the terms and tenor of said note (Description, and Improvements, if any) Those certain tracts or parcels of land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows: FIRST TRACT: That certain lot or tract of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, bounded and described as follows: Lot No. 14, as shown and delineated on that map or plat entitled, "Plat of the House Lots and Mill Pond Area" delineated on that map or plat as shown and delineated in the Town Clerk's Office of said Charlestown, and dated October, 1932; scales as per said Plat fifty feet (50) to one inch to the east Earl C. Halsey, Surveyor. Reference is made to a deed by Sarah M. Macdonald to Helen E. Roberts, said deed being dated December 23, 1941, and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, Town of Charlestown, Book 29 at page 182. SECOND TRACT: That certain lot or tract of land, situated at "Rhode Hill Pasture", southeast side of Charlestown Road, Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stone bound at the southeast corner of the wall on the southeast side of Charlestown Road, at the southeasterly corner of premises herebys conveyed, and at the southeasterlymost stone boundary of premises of Charles H.
