I, ROBERT KEATING FINLAYSON, of the Town of Charlestown, in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, being unmarried, for consideration paid, grant to EVERETT R. GRAICHEN and LUCY GRAICHEN, husband and wife, both of said Town of Charlestown, and unto the survivor of them as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, with WARRANTY CONVEYANTS
(Description and Incumbrances, if any)
A certain tract of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at corner of said tract and at the northeast Road, so called, at the northwest corner of land of Cove Point Inc.; thence southerly a course of land of Forest Preserve of State of Rhode Island; thence southerly a course bounded westerly by said Robe land to land of Robert W. and Elizabeth A. Smith; thence bounded southerly by said Forest Preserve of State of Rhode Island; thence southerly a course bounded westerly by said Cranell land one hundred thirty-seven (137) feet, thence southerly bounded westerly by said Cranell land one hundred thirty-nine (139) feet; then easterly bounded northerly by said Cranell land one hundred thirty-nine (139) feet; then easterly to land of Winfield B. Ride, to the said joint fence; thence easterly bounded southerly by said land to point; thence easterly to said Stanley Harris, with the joint fence, thence southerly bounded easterly by land of formerly of W. Stanley Harris, with the joint fence, thence southeasterly bounded westerly by said land to said Post Road; thence easterly and bounded northerly by said land to said Post Road; and thence westerly and bounded northerly by said Post Road to the point and place of beginning, now known as "The Bounded and described"
Reserving, however, to Herbert Wilcox and wife, their heirs and assigns, the right of way contained in deed from William H. Lanning, trustee, to said Robert Wilcox and wife dated September 18, 1906, and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, in Book 22, Page 363, reference to which is hereby made.
Being the same premises which were conveyed to said Robert Keating Finlayson by Mary Emmett Day by a deed dated June 4, 1948 recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown in Book 11 page 151.

Industrial National Bank of Rhode Island having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded i the Land Evidence Records in the town of Charlestown in Mortgage Book 34 at page 252 does hereby cancel and discharge the same.
