We, GIDEON L. ALLEN and GLADYS D. ALLEN, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, both of the Town of South Kingstown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to AUGUSTUS F. CONLEY, Jr. and EDNA L. CONLEY, husband and wife, both of the City and County of Providence, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
Those certain lots or parcels of land, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and delineated as Lots Numbers 177 (one hundred seventy-seven) and 178 (one hundred seventy-eight) on that plat entitled, "Charlestown by the Sea," owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 Feet, dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn.," which said plat is filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown.
Said lots together form one tract bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by Burnham Street, as shown on said Plat, Fifty (50) Feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot #176, as shown on said Plat, one hundred (100) Feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lake Plat, as shown on said Plat, Fifty (50) Feet, more or less; and
WESTERLY : by Lot #179, as shown on said Plat, One Hundred (100) Feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Plat.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed by deed of Nathan Leander Wright to these Grantors; said deed bearing date of August 13th, 1949 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown in Book 32 at Page 8; reference to said deed and the records thereof being hereby made and made the same made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises herein conveyed.
