KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, BESSIE C. GAVITT, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to HERBERT C. RATHBONE, JR. and JOAN W. RATHBONE, as Joint Tenants and not as tenants in common, both of said Town, County and State, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
Those certain lots or parcels of land, situate in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and delineated as Lots Numbers 1 (one) and 2 (two) on that certain plat or plan entitled, "CROSSLAND PARK Section One in the Town of Charlestown, Town, R. I., Property of Bessie C. Gavitt, Surveyed and Platted, Dec., 1954, W. R. Easterbrooks, Civil Engineer, Scale 1" = 50", said plat being filed in the Town Clerk's Office, said Town of Charlestown.
said Lots Numbers 1 and 2 together form one tract bounded and described as follows:
NORTHERLY : by land of Mary F. Champlain, a distance of 226.44 feet, as shown on said plat;
EASTERLY : by South County Trail, a distance of 103.45 feet, as shown on said plat;
SOUTHERLY : by an unnamed street, or way, a distance of 200 feet, as shown on said plat, and
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 3, a distance of 100 feet, as shown on said plat.
I, BENJAMIN C. GAVITT, husband of the Grantor, release to said Grantees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in and to the aforementioned premises.
