396 The following described parcels of real estate situate in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Parcel No. 1: A certain tract of land, with a dwelling house and other improvements located thereon, bounded as follows: Beginning at the northwestern corner of a white oak stump nailed on the easterly along the Burying Hill Road, southern corner of a wall running easterly, thence northerly along the said wall to a fence rail nailed on the easterly side of the said wall, east of a wall running south to a stake and stone on the boundary of George A. and Mary E. Herrick; thence southerly on the boundary of said land and parcels forming any of boundary of any [?] on the boundary of [?] of Jordan on the boundary of said land to a stake and stones about 1 ft.; thence westerly on boundary of said land to a stake and stones about 1 ft.; thence westerly on boundary of said land to a stake and stones about 1 ft.; thence southwesterly on boundary of said land to a stake and stones about 1 ft.; thence southwesterly on boundary of said land to the point of beginning; reserving, however, certain part of the subject premises for the purpose of new roadways, and all rights of way to the same, excepting from said tract the approximate twenty eight feet of land conveyed by the said Albert E.
