185 Know all People to whom these Presents shall Come. I Cyrus B Kenyon of Charlestown County of Washington State of Rhode Island Send Greeting. Now Be It, That I the said Cyrus B Kenyon [illegible] and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to me in hand before the executing hereof well and truly paid by Nicholas B Kenyon of the town of North Kingstown County of Washington and State of Rhode Island the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge and as furtherly fully satisfied contented paid and paid and thereof and of every part Kent State spread two acres being known as Fellows Big commencing at the Southeast corner of lands of George Meaden on the west side of the highway leading from Slocums Village southerly one hundred and long. of said Meaden 163 feet thirteen inches southerly of lands of the aforesaid 74 feet in a line at right angles with the first named boundary thence easterly one hundred and four feet of the granite 12 feet from the said highway thence northerly one hundred 84 feet to the place of beginning it thereon aforesaid and containing by estimation one and quarter of an acre more or less and said Nicholas B Kenyon or his heirs and assigns to hold and forever maintain a lawful fence around said lot To Have and to hold the said granted and bargained premise with all the appurtenances privileges and commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said Nicholas B Kenyon his heirs and assigns forever to his and their properly use benefit and behoof Ever. and the said Cyrus Burdick, of Charlestown state of Rhode Island and Washington county for and in consideration of the sum of their hundred dollars to us paid by Handel Henry cox of the same and state the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge, have remise, release and forever quit claimed and quitclaimed by these presents of remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Arnold Henry Cox his heirs and assigns forever all the right title interest legacy claim and demand which we have or may have of right now or at any time hence or claims on and to a certain lot of land lying in said Charlestown containing twenty five acres in the same manner more or less with the dwelling house and other buildings thereon standing bounded Northwesterly by land of Joseph [illegible] Cox, Eastly and Southly by the highway and Westerly by land of Judeh [illegible] and [illegible] B. [illegible] by boundary lines bounded [illegible] Stamp I have and to hold the same with all the right $1.00 [illegible] privileges and appurtenances thereto or thereunto appertaining ing, to the said Arnold Henry Cox his heirs and assigns forever I and we the aforementioned Rogerd A and Thomas W. Burdick for ourselves and our heirs successors and administrators do covenant with the said Arnold Henry Cox his heirs and assigns that we will warrant and defend the said premises forever to the said Arnold Henry Cox his heirs and assigns forever against all the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by title lengths or under us And we all Arnold Henry Cox wife of the said Rogerd A Burdick, and Frances M. Burdick wife of the said Thomas W.
