I, DANIEL A. SOULE of the City of Providence, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to FLORENCE J. WELLS, of the Town of Hopkinton, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
A certain tract or parcel of land situated and being at Quonocutaug Beach in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Lots #64 and #65 as shown and delineated on that certain plan or plat, entitled "Plan of Quonocutaug Central Beach, Charlestown, R. I., by Henry & Trantor, Inc., Agts, 50 feet to the hub, October, 1924, Rossi & Lewis, Engrs." Said plan or plat being on file in the Town Clerks office in said Town of Charlestown.
Being and intending to convey the same premises, conveyed to Ines V. Sayer and Daniel A. Soule as Joint tenants and not tenants in common, by deed dated August 29, 1948 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown in Book #72 at Page #340. Said title having been vested in Daniel A. Soule by the death of Ines V. Sayer which occurred in the City of Providence aforesaid on September 9, 1954 and the estate of said Ines V. Sayer being duly probated in the Probate Court of said City of Providence.
This deed is subject to all the grants, reservations, restrictions and covenants and conveys all the privileges, benefits and rights as are now and in the law of title as is of record.
Consideration of this deed is such no revenue stamps are required.
I, LOUVAN W. SOULE wife of the grantor release to said grantee all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaidescribed premises.

A certain tract or parcel of land with summer cottage and other improvements thereon, located at Quonocutaug Beach in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Lot #120 as shown and delineated on that certain plan or plat entitled, "Plan of Quonocutaug Central Beach, Charlestown, R. I., Henry & Trantor, Inc., Agts, 50 feet to the hub, October, 1924, Rossi & Lewis, Engrs." Said plan or plat being on file in the Town Clerks office in said Town of Charlestown.
