In Westerly on the 29 day of October, 1954, before me personally appeared the above named LAVISA W. READ to me known and by me to be the party executing the foregoing instrument and acknowledged said instrument by her executed, to be her free act and deed.

Industrial National Bank of Providence, having received full payment and satisfaction of the mortgage, recorded in the Land Evidence Books in the Town of Charlestown in Mortgage Book 34 at page 315/16 does hereby cancel and discharge the same.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said Company has caused the Presents to be signed and its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed by its proper officers duly authorized this 10 day of September A. D. 1956.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, LAVISA W. READ, of the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to myself, said LAVISA W. READ, and to my two daughters, ESTHER R. CHURCH and DOROTHY L. FRANKE, both said Charlestown, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
(Description, and imbounds, if any)
That certain tract or parcel of land with the dwelling house and other improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and bounded as follows: by Road Hill Road, and by the heirs of Perry Healy being south, west and north by land nor or formerly at by Road Hill Road, and by the same previous conveyed to me by deed from my mother Henry L. Read, also known as Henry G. Read by deed from Sullivan Granite Company recorded in said Charlestown Land Evidence Records, and from Estelle M. Church at this time. This conveyance is subject to a mortgage given to the Industrial National Bank of Providence, recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said town of Charlestown.
The consideration for this conveyance is such that no Revenue Stamps are required.
I, said grantor, covenant that I am a widow and have not remarried.
