101 To all people to whom these Presents shall Come. I George W Ward of Westerly in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island Send Greeting. Know That, I the said George W Ward for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars in hand before the ensuing cenall hereby well and truly paid by Benjamin B Grosse of Westerly aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and aver and therewith fully satisfied contented and paid ; and thereof and of every part and parcel thereof do execute accord and discharge the said Benjamin B Grosse his heirs heirs and executors administrators forever by these presents given grant bargained sold and aliened conveyed and confirmed ; and by them my self and my heirs forever fully and absolutely give grant bargain sell alienate convey confirm and confirm unto him the heirs and assign forever B Grosse a certain lot of Land situated in said Westerly containing by estimation one half acre by the stone wall or less, with one half of a dwelling house therein standing and is bounded on the Norther by a stone wall the heirs of Samuel Ward deceased known as the thiebe wall where the lone pine now stands running Southerly from a stone set in the ground at said line fence with a stake hole in it and bounding Westerly on land of the said George W Ward to a stone set in the ground with a stake hole in it thence South Westerly bounded Sath Westerly on land of the said George W Ward till it come to another stone set in the ground with a stake hole installed at the original line between the said George W Ward and Benjamin B Grosse thence Southerly bounding Easterly bounding Westerly on the said Benjamin B Grosse to the place of beginning running Northerly on the said Benjamin B Grosse to my rights easements and administration land or north line reserves to myself and heirs their heirs estates and administrators land the right to permanently remove from said premises any tree felling stump and all personal property now or hereafter remove from said premises also reserving to myself my own right services belonging to me and my heirs and assign the right to pass through or across the premises hereby conveyed to and from the lot at the one where the bove noted land winds with stake hole is owned forever by the said George W Ward and his heirs and assigns forever To have and to hold the said bargained and granted premises with all the privileges privileges and commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Benjamin B Grosse and his heirs and executors and administrators the same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Benjamin B Grosse his heirs and assigns forever to his and theirs only proper for benefit and behoof forever.
