We, DANIEL N. DEMORRIS and JENNIE E. DEMORRIS, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to JAMES HOWARD PARTELO, of the Town of Smithfield, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY CONVEYANCE PROFITS
Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots Three Hundred Eighty-three (383) and Three Hundred Eighty-four (384) on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, owned and developed by Thomas F. Helly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, C. E., New Haven, Connecticut," such plat is filed in the office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown. Said lots together form one tract, bounded as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by Lewis Street, as shown on said Map, 50 feet, more or less;
WESTERLY : by Lot #385, as shown on said Map, 100 feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lots #346-147, as shown on said Map, 50 feet, more or less; and
EASTERLY : by Lot #382, as shown on said Map, 100 feet more or less.
Being the same premises conveyed by Deed of Sydney Rowe to these Grantors; said deed bearing date of December 13th, 1941 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book 28, Page 597.
ALSO, Lots Five Hundred Fifty-five (555) and Five Hundred Fifty-six (556) together with the buildings and improvements thereon, as shown and designated on the aforementioned plat. Said Lots 555 and 556, together form one tract, bounded as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, Rify (50) feet, more or less;
WESTERLY : by Lot 557, as shown on said Map, 111.4 feet, more or less;
SOUTHERLY : by part of Lot 567, as shown on said Map, 50 feet, more or less; and
EASTERLY : by Lot 554, as shown on said Map, 111.5 feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lot 555, as shown on said Map, 111.5 feet, more or less;
Said Lots 555 and 556 being the same premises conveyed by Deed of Charlotte M. Rowe to these Grantors; said deed bearing date of December 13th, 1941 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, Book 28, Page 597.
This conveyance is made subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Reference to said deeds and the records thereof being hereby had and made and the same made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises herein conveyed.
We, Daniel N. Demorris and Jennie E. Demorris, release to said Grantee all our right of curtesy and dower, respectively, and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.
