MORTGAGE DEED (Statutory Form) WE, MARTTI RAUHALA AND DOROTHY RAUHALA, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to THE WESTERLY COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, a corporation created under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Twenty-One Hundred Remember ($2,100.00) Dollars in (ten) 10 years with interest at the rate of 5% per centum, per annum, payable in monthly installments of $22.80 each, as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of oven date herewith. A portion of that certain fare or parcel of land with a dwelling-house and other improvements thereon situated in said Town of Charlestown on the southeasterly side of Old Indian Trail, so-called, containing roughly one-half of twenty-four acres more or less, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning on the northeasterly side of said Old Indian Trail at a point opposite a small pine tree about half-way between the house on this parcel and the house on other land formerly owned by this Grantor conveyed in a deed to Hilda Rauhala, thence running southeasterly at a right angle
