42 appoint the said Pardon T. Jeffs his heirs successors administrators and assigns my true and lawful attorney or attorneys irrevocable in the full power of substitution and revocation for me and in my name or in names or in their names or names at any time in case default shall be made in the payment of the said note or the interest due thereon and such default shall continue for seven days after the expiration of said
