248 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED I, SOPHIA M. DOWNIE, of the Town of Stonington, County of New London and State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to LILA CRAPO SOULE, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS: A certain tract or parcel of land situated at Quonochontouchaug Beach, described, in said instrument, as follows, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a stake set in the southwesterly line of the land hereby conveyed at a distance of fifty-two (52') feet southeasterly of the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of a Northup family, said point also being the southwesterly corner of other lands of the Grantor conveyed to her by this Grantor by deed dated October 1, 1947, as appears of record in book 24, page 111 of the land evidence of the Town of Charlestown, the same fully shown on "Plat entitled "Plat of Land at Quonochontouchaug Beach in the Town of Charlestown, R.I." filed in the Land Court books of said Town, dated shortly after September, 1947, Leon L. Rolland, civil Engineer, Scale 1" = 50' on said plat, and Lila Crapo Soule joins as Grantor, thence running southeasterly in a line bounded hereon by road of Town of Charlestown (18') and running in a southeasterly direction a distance of seventy-four and eighty-three one hundredths (74.83') feet in a line bounded hereon by land of Charlestown District, the same line bounding hereon by and with said lands of Charlestown District, Inc. a distance of sixty-seven (67') feet in a line bounded hereon by land of Charlestown District, Inc. and running in a general northerly direction by and with said lands of Robert Morgenthau a distance of sixty-nine and six one hundredths (69.06') feet to the point and place of beginning.
