I, JESSIE F. LOWERY (nee Jessie F. Salisbury), of the City of Pawtucket, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to my husband, Thomas N. Lowery, my daughter, Janet Mary Lowery and myself the said Jessie F. Lowery, all of the said City, County and State, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
Those certain lots or tracts of land, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and delineated as Lots Numbers 279 and 280 on that certain Plat or map entitled, "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island; owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY : by Morley Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 278, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less;
SOUTHERLY : by Lots Numbers 316 and 317, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 281, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean front.
The consideration of this deed is such that no Internal Revenue Stamps are required.
I, Thomas N. Lowery, husband of the grantor, release to said Grantees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in and to the aforesaid described premises.
