32 Know all men by these presents that I Horsie Perry Citizen of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island sell and for in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to me paid by George R Hendricks of said town the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto said George his heirs and assigns forever all that right title interest property claim and all which I have hereon or of right ought to have or claim in and all such to a certain tensor on parcel of said real estate lands situate near the shores of the lake in the first part of said Town of Charlestown and containing four acres more or less, and bounded Westly and Northly by the salt marsh’s bounded Eastly by land formerly belonging to John Hopkins, deceased, and Southly by a brook or a stream known as Mill Brook and Mill Pond, knowing that the sum of ten of said parcel described to my father by Samuel Perry which deeds is recorded in Vol 4 of the Book of Land records in said town at page 168 & I do hereby and to hold the same unto all the rights privileges and appurtenances thereof or thereunto appertaining to the said George his heirs and assigns forever. And I the aforementioned Promise for myself and for my heirs executors trustees and administrators to warrant and defend the said George his heirs and assigns that I will warrant and defend the aforementioned premises from the claims and demands of all persons in all eternity, whereof as a true lemma set my hand and seal this fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of Horsie Perry L.S.
