To all People to whom these Presents shall Come, Know Ye that I, May 21st Newport State of Rhode Island five dollars William R Tucker of Richmond County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and vow through fully satisfied specified and paid, and seized and of every part and parcel thereof do convey assign and deliver unto the said William R Tucker and his heirs forever granted and assigned all rights annexed conferred enjoyed and confirmed; and fully conveying and assigning and delivering by these presents have given granted and assigned all rights annexed conferred enjoyed and confirmed; and free from any encumbrance what so ever fully and absolutely give grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said William R Tucker and his heirs and assign forever one certain lot of land situated in said town of Charlestown and bounded and described as follows, Starting at the North East corner and then running North West 90 rods and fourteen feet then South Easterly seven rods and fourteen feet, then Northerly four rods and seventeen feet to the place of Starting bounded on the North by land of J. R. Mayder to the South westerly by land of William Clark and easterly by land of P. B. Tucker (Revenue Stamp) $0.50 To have and to hold the said granted and bargained premises with all the appurtenances privileges and commodities to the same belonging or in any way appertaining to the said William R Tucker heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use benefit and behest forever. And I the said William Clark my heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise grant and agree with the said William R Tucker that the said and his heirs and assigns that all any thing before mentioned proper right and absolute estate of saleable clear grant bargain sell convey and confirm in fee simple and have by right and warrant’d heirs and assigns shall and may from time to time and at all times forever have and hold the above described hereby purchased and heirs and assigns shall and may possess and enjoy the said lands to the full benefit of the above described hereby purchased and quitefully have and enjoy the said premises and enjoy the said lands to the full benefit of the above described hereby purchased and quitefully have and enjoy the said premises and enjoy the said
