To all People to whom these Presents shall Come, I Cyrus R. Kenyon of Charlestown in the county of Kent State of Rhode Island Send Greeting, Know Ye, That I the said Cyrus R. Kenyon for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred dollars in hand before the executing hereof well and truly paid by and William Bristol of Richmond in the county and state aforesaid the receipt whereof all hereby acknowledge and say thoroughly satisfied contented and paid ; and therefore did and of every part and parcel of therefore do remise acquit and forever release the said William Bristol of habits, executes and administrators forever by these presents ; have given granted sail allowed conveyed conferred and confirmed ; and by these presents do fully remise acquit and forever release give grant bargain sell allow convey and confirm unto the said William heirs and assigns forever a certain lot of land situated in the town of Charlestown comprising some one acre bounded and described as follows : viz commencing at the South stump back corner of said lot of one acre at the distance of a split stone sit in the ground South from some westerly boundary by said wall south east from Stumps to a split Wall stone running westerly boundary by said wall south east from Stumps to a split Wall stone sit in the ground on the South side of said wall from some distance Easterly to a split Stone sit in the ground being in range of the S W corner of William Bristol's lot and thence running directly in a parallel line from the West line of first named split Stone lot to the aforesaid starting point the first named herewith bounded on the West, North, and East and to beat by line of the granter ; and the said William Bristol is to have and forever hereafter maintain law all the also force against the granter's force To have and to hold the said granted and bargained premises with all the appurtenances privileges and commodities to the same belonging or in any way appertaining to the said William Bristol his heirs and assigns forever to their and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever. And I Cyrus R. Kenyon my heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise and grant to and with the said William Bristol his heirs and assigns that at and upon the demand of the true sole and lawful owner the
