196 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED We, THOMAS COOPER and DOROTHY COOPER, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to JOHN E. WALKER, JR., of Valley Falls, in the Town of Lincoln, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain lot or parcel of land situate and being on the westerly side of the Town highway commonly known as "Narrow Lane," in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and delineated as Lot Number 23 (twenty-three) on that plat of land, recorded in the Land Evidence Book No. 33, page 157, between Pages 170 and 174 ending, "PIEZZOLA'S VIEW TRACT," of the Town of Charlestown, R. I., as surveyed by Thomas Cooper, Surveyor and Platted, May, 1936, 5118 R. Easterbrooks, Civil Engineer, Scale 1" = 80' Being a portion of that tract of land known as the SECOND TRACT, in that certain warranty deed of Thomas Cooper to the present grantors, dated April 3, 1951, and recorded in said Records of Land Evidence, Book 32, Pages 470 and 471.
