180 I, CHARLES R. MERRITT, JR. of the City of Atlanta, State of Georgia, beneficiary under the will of Charles R. Merritt of the City of Atlanta, State of Georgia for consideration paid, grant to RONALD L. A. ANDERSON and SHIRLEY H. ANDERSON, of the City of Warwick, County of Kent and State of Rhode Island, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) A certain tract or parcel of land situated on "Quonnoquetta Neck" so called in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island bounds, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said tract runs on the sea shore there in southest corner of a lot formerly owned by Nellie P. Langworthy deceased; thence running northerly corner bounded westerly by Langworthy land to the highway leading to the Beach thence westerly bounded northerly by said highway 90 feet to land of grants the sea to the grantee thence southerly bounded westerly by land of said Grants to the sea shore; thence easterly ninety feet to the sea thence of beginning, as aforesaid, also reserving the right of the heir to travel across said land granted by deed to the late Isaac S. Briggs, his heirs and assigns. Also a certain tract or parcel of land lying on Quonnoquetta Neck, so called in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said tract and the soutwest corner of cottage lot owned by Nellie P. Langworthy; thence running northerly bounded easterly by said Langworthy one hundred ninety (190) feet thence westerly thirty (30) feet and then northerly in a direct line to the Sea then a point thirty (30) feet and then easterly from the place of beginning, bounding southerly by the westerly side of land of the said Langworthy, bounding southerly by the West Sea, thirty (30) feet to the place of beginning. Reserving however the right of said Langworthy and his heirs assigns for going to and from the highway to the lot of said Langworthy, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described. We, Charles R. Merritt, Jr. and Edith L. Merritt, husband & wife grantor release to said grantee all our right of curtesy & dower and all other interests in the aforesaid premises.
