148 PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That PEOPLES SAVINGS BANK IN PROVIDENCE, a banking corporation duly created under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, and having its prin- cipal office in Providence in said State, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to it paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, and discharge the premises hereinafter particularly described from the lien of a certain mort- gage executed by Carl A. Wallander and wife, Martha A. Wallander, dated March 3, 1948, and recorded in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown, in said State of Rhode Island, in Book 30, on Page 672; That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, in the Coun- ty of Washington and State of Rhode Island, described as follows: Lots Numbered 1110, 1111, and 1112, on that plat entitled "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Narragansett, Rhode Island; owned and devel- oped by Thomas F. Bellis, Sale of Lots 1 to 200 Lot fees, dated July 25, 1934, R. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut", and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. It is hereby expressly understood that this release shall not affect or impair the security of said mortgage upon any portion of the property described in said mortgage except the premises hereinbefore particularly described. IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Peoples Savings Bank in Providence has caused these presents to be executed by its duly authorized officers and its corporate seal affixed hereto this 2nd day of June A.
