WARRANTY DEED 125
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, HIRAM L. WRIGHT, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to HELEN L. BOSS and GEORGE H. BOSS, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as Tenants-in-Common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A certain tract of land, situated in the Village of Carolina; Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, with a house, barn and other buildings and improvements thereon, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly, by land now or formerly of Martha S. Cross; southerly, by land now or formerly of Robert E. Holloway, et ux; westerly, by land now or formerly said Martha S. Cross; east- erly by the State Highway, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described.
Being the same premises conveyed to Hiram L. Wright by deed of Ernest G. B. Champion, Administrator of the Estate of Albert A. Saunders, dated July 15, 1940, and recorded in Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, R. I. in Book No. 26 at pages 256 and 257.
(The consideration for this deed is such that no documentary stamps are required.)
I, Florence A. Wright, wife of the grantor release to the grantees all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises.
