98 ALICE S. HAYDEN, of Providence, in the State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to JAMES L. TAFT, of Cranston, in said State of Rhode Island with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) Those certain lots or parcels of land located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as Lots 1121-1122-1123 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island." Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: NORTHERLY by Tramoyre Street, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less, EASTERLY by Lot 1120, as shown on said Map, one hundred twenty-five (125) feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY by part of Lot 1111 and lot 1112-1113 and part of 1114, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less, WESTERLY by lot 1124, as shown on said Map, one hundred twenty-five (125) feet, more or less. Also those certain lots or parcels of land, laid out and designated as Lots 1084-1085-1086 on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, Owned and Developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn." which said plat is filed in said office. Said lots together form one tract, bounded as follows: EASTERLY by Kilburn Street, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less, NORTHERLY by lot 1087, as shown on said Map, two hundred twenty-one and five tenths (221.5) feet, more or less, WESTERLY by Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said Map, eighty-one and thirty-six hundredths (81.36) feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY by lot 1083, as shown on said Map, one hundred ninety-four and five tenths (194.5) feet, more or less. Being the same premises conveyed to this grantor by deeds of Thomas F. Reilly, recorded in said office in Book 26, Pages 99 and 100 respectively. This conveyance is made subject to restrictions of record and any unpaid taxes. I, the said grantor, covenant that I am unmarried.
