76 MORTGAGE DEED
We, ANNE VIRGINIA KALIN, of Yonkers, County of Westchester and State of New York, and HELEN MARIE PRICE of Irvington, County of Essex and State of New Jersey, as joint tenants for consideration paid, grant to NELSON H. THORP, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island with MORTGAGE CONVEYANCE, to secure the payment of Six Thousand ($6000) Dollars in Ten (10) years with interest at Five (5%) per centum per annum, payable semi-annually in advance as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. In accordance with terms and tenor of said note.
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
A certain tract or parcel of land together with all buildings and improvements thereon situated, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and shown as Lot 40 on a certain plat on said plat entitled, "A portion of Property of Charlestown Estates, Inc." on said plat, Reference is made to scale 1" equals 80 feet, November, 1948, Quonocuton, Charlestown, R.I., and to the recorded copy of said plat with the Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises as conveyed to these mortgagors by Charlestown Estates, Inc. in a deed duly recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown in Book #31 at Page #655.
This mortgage is subject to all restrictions, covenants and agreements and include all of the provisions, conditions and exceptions expressed in said deed as if in root. Reference to said deed and the record thereof being hereby had and made, and the same are a made part hereof, for a more complete description and identification of the premises hereby mortgaged.
I., Helen Marie Price covenant that I am unmarried.
I, Carl E. Kalin, husband of one of the mortgagors, release to the mortgagee all my right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.
This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE.

DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
The undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in the Land Evidence Records Book No. 34 page 76, hereby cancel and discharge the same. And covenant to and with the payer that I am the present owner of said mortgage.
