71 I, Mabel D. Eldred, of South Kingstown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to John R. Eldred, of South Kingstown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) my one-half interest, Inherited from my brother, Ralph D. Eldred, in a tract of land in Book 26, page 700. It being lots 267 and 268 as shown on a "Map of Town Land Evidence, Book 26, page 700. It being lots 267 and 268 as shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, R. I., owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 ft., dated July 25, 1934. K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn." and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean Front. Said deed being subject to restrictions as contained on said map and since modified by an agreement between owners of land on said plat. I Covenant that I am not married.
