ALBIN NELSON and wife EBBA MARIA NELSON, both of the City of Cranston, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, as joint tenants tenants and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) Those certain lots or parcels of land, with any buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots 491 (four hundred ninety-one) and 492 (four hundred ninety-two) on the plat entitled "Charlestown-on-the-Sea East Charlestown, R.I. Owned & Developed by Rhode Island Land Co." dated July 25, 1934 K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer New Haven, Conn." which plat is on record in the Town Clerks Office of said Town of Charlestown in Plat Book 2 at pages 14 and 15. This conveyance is made subject to restrictions as contained on said plat. The consideration is such that no Internal Revenue Stamps are required on this deed. I hereby covenant that I am unmarried. Owned & Developed by Thomas P. Reilly July 25, 1934 K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer New Haven, Conn." which plat is recorded in the office of the Town Clerk of Charlestown in Plat Book 2 at pages 14 and 15. Said two lots taken together form one parcel, bounded westerly by said Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said plat, fifty-five (55) feet, more or less; lesternly by said Edgeware Street as shown on said plat, one hundred eleven (111) feet, more or less; easterly by lot one hundred seventy-five (175) as shown on said plat, one hundred eleven (111) feet, more or less; and southerly by lot five hundred ninety (590) (five hundred ninety) as shown on said plat one hundred eleven (111) feet, more or less. Said premises are conveyed subject to restrictions of record. The consideration is such that no stamps are required on this deed. We, G. ALBIN NELSON and EBBA MARIA NELSON, his wife release to said grantee all right of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforementioned precises.
