Choinere et ux easterly by other land of Edward C. Duhamel and Harriet M. Duhamel and southerly by said Post Road. Said premises are conveyed subject to restrictions set forth in title deed. Being the same premises conveyed to the mortgagors herein by deed of Edward C. Duhamel and Harriet M. Duhamel to Kenneth R. Duhamel and Marjorie N. Duhamel, dated May 1, 1953, and recorded in the Evidence Records of said Charlestown, R. I. in Book 33 at page 685, to which deed reference is hereby had and made. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforementioned premises, with their appurtenances, unto and unto the use of the said Washington Trust Company, its Successors and Assigns, forever.
