MORTGAGE DEED
I, Lawrence Clifford Hayman, of the City of Pawtucket, in the State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Grossman's of Rhode Island Inc., a Rhode Island corporation, with a place of business at North Kingston, Rhode Island with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of TWENTY FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT and 40/100 Dollars in five years payable as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith.
(Description, and Incumbrances, of any)
Those two (2) certain lots of land, with buildings and improvements thereon, situated on the northerly side of Edgeware Street, in the Town of Charlestown, in the State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as lots numbered 505 (five hundred five) and 506 (five hundred six) on that plat entitled "Charlestown By The Sea' Charlestown, R. I., owned & Developed by Thomas F. Reilly July 25, 1934 K. [?] Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn.," which plat is recorded in the office of the Town Clerk in said Town of Charlestown in Plat Book 2 at page 14.
Said premises are conveyed subject to restrictions of record.
This mortgage is made under the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE.
I, said Lawrence Clifford Hayman covenant that I am unmarried.

DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
The undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the Town Clerk's Office of Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in Book No. 33 page 666, hereby cancel and discharge the same. And covenant to and with the payer that it is the present owner of said mortgage.
