I, CLAYTON E. RUSSELL, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to DANIEL N. DEMORRIS and JENNIE E. DEMORRIS, husband and wife, both of said Town, County and State, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS

Those certain lot or parcels of lands, situated in said Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, being all of Lots Numbers 557 and 558 on that plat entitled, "Charlestown, R. I. Sea Area, owned and developed by Thomas P. Rea, Incorporated", Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1954, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut, and filed in the Office of the Recorder of Land Evidence of the Town of Charlestown. Said Lots together constitute one tract bounded lines as follows:
WESTERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said plat, 95 feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by lot #554, as shown on said plat, 111.4 feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by lot #557, as shown on said plat, 55 feet, more or less; and
SOUTHERLY : by Thomas Street, as shown on said plat, 111.2 feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map or plat.
Being the same premises conveyed by deed of Walter D. Johnson and Mae E. Johnson to this grantor, said deed being dated May 1, 1946, and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book 33, Pages 632 and 633.
I, Clayton E. Russell, hereby covenant that I am an unmarried.
