We, HOWARD F. CROMER, and MURIEL CROMER, his wife, both of Pawtucket, Providence County, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to NORMAN L. BEHNEKE and M.N. YVONNE BEHNEKE, his wife, both of Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island, with QUITCLAIM
COVENANTS
Those certain tracts of land in said Charlestown, Washington County Rhode Island, designated as lots numbers Fifty-eight (58), Sixty (60) Sixty-two (62), Sixty-four (64) Sixty-six (66) and One hundred and one (101), but not the part entitled "Sea Colony" in Charlestown and South Kingston, R.I., as entitled on a Plat dated 1934, 1936, 1936, 1937 1938 - Leon L. Holland, Civil Engineer, Scale 1" = 80", which plat is recorded in the Records of the Land Evidence of the Town of "charlestown".
This conveyance is made for the purpose of releasing the land herein described from the operation of a mortgage from said Norman L. Behneke and M. Yvonne Behneke to Howard F. Cromer and Muriel Cromer, dated April 24, 1953, and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Charlestown, Book 33, Page 481.
WITNESS our hands this 13th day of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-three.

And I believe her signature thereto is genuine. And I further certify that her commission expires June 14th 1960.
