627 We, G. ALBIN NELSON and wife, EBBA MARIA NELSON, both of the City of Cranston, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to DORIS M. MCELROY of the Town of North Providence, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) Those certain lots or parcels of land, with any buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots 491 (four hundred ninety-one) and 492 (four hundred ninety-two) on the plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea" Charlestown, R. I. Owned & Developed by Thomas P. Reilly July 25, 1934 K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer New Haven, Conn." which plat is oc record in the Town Clerk's Office of said Town of Charlestown in Plat Book 2 at pages 14 and 15. This conveyance is made subject to restrictions as contained on said plat. We, G. ALBIN NELSON and EBBA MARIA NELSON, his wife, release to said grantee all our rights of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforesaidescribed premises. WITNESS our hands this 31st day of August 1953. G.
