559 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED CHARLESTOWN ESTATES, INC., a corporation duly incorporated under the Laws of the State of Rhode Island and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid grant to WILLIAM E. TRUESDALE and MARGARET L. TRUESDALE, husband and wife, thus of Rehoboth, County of Bristol and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as joint tenants and not tenants in common, tenents in common, surviving to the survivor with WARRANTY COVENANTS. A certain tract of land or building lot located on the northerly side of the highway at Beach East, Quonochonticut, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and being shown and delineated as Lot #37 on a certain plan or plat entitled "Plat of Beach East at Quonochonticut, S.E. 1. property of Charlestown Estates, Inc." Line 1 equals 100 feet, revised, July 1931." Said plat being duly filed in the land evidence office of the Town of Charlestown, said lot starts southerly and due north (50) feet along the highway which extends easterly from the southerly end of
