DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
The undersigned having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the Town of Charlestown, State of Rhode Island in the Land Evidence in Book No. 33 page 531-32, hereby cancel and discharge the same. And agree to and with the payer that I am the present owner of said mortgage.

We, ELZAMAR KIVI and ANNE KIVI, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to ELMER R. MINAKIN and STELLA MINAKIN, both of the Town of Richmond, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY CONVEYANCE
That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the State Highway, commonly known as "South County Trail," at the northeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed, and running east at the Lord Mamad land, a distance of Two Hundred rounding southerly bounded easterly by said Mamad land, a distance of Three Thousand (3000) feet; thence turning an angle of 90° and running southerly for a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet, thence turning an angle of 90° and running westerly for a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet, thence turning an angle and running northerly, maintaining a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet between said tree and parallel to said Mamad land, a distance of Three Thousand (3000) feet, more or less, to said State Highway, thence turning an angle easterly 90°, and running northerly by said State Highway, a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet to the point of beginning, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to House Grousley by deed of Husband Grousley and Mary L. Grousley said deed bearing date May 1rd, 1945 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book No. 29 at Page 415. Reference to said deed and the record thereof is hereby had and said deed and the same made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises herein conveyed.
