The undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in the Land Evidence Records Book No. 33 page 523-01 hereby release and discharge the same and the premises now and then the property of the present owner of said mortgage. STATUTORY FORM QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, SYDNEY COHN, of Narrwich, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to EVERETT R. GRAICHEN and LUCY GRAICHEN, husband and wife, of Providence, Rhode Island, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
That certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, being more or less delineated as Lot Number One (1) on plat entitled, "Creation, Clifford St, Shady Harbor in Charlestown, May 1949; Revised June 17, 1949", conveyed to Sydney Cohn, Clifford S. Trainer, Surveyor, May 1949. Revised June 17, 1949", which plat is recorded in Plat Book 2 of the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown.
The purpose of this instrument is to release the above described premises from that certain mortgage deed from Everett R. and Lucy Graichen to Sydney Cohn dated November 20, 1952, recorded in Book 33 at page 332 of said Land Evidence Records.
