In Pawcatuck, on the second day of July, A. D. 1942, before me personally appeared the above named Roland E. DeMoranville and Matilda Irene DeMoranville, husband and wife, each and all known to me and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed.
