I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town of North Haven, County of New Haven and State
of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Thurma May Watson, wife of William McViker
Watson, of the Town of Lakewood, County of Kent and State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY
COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State
of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of
land located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and
laid out and designated as Lots numbers 1030 and 1031 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the
Sons, Charlestown, Rhode Island; owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 feet,
dated July 25th, 1936, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut", and filed
in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by Burdick Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50)
feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 1029, as shown on said Map, one hundred
(100) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lots Numbers 1015 and 1016, as shown on said Map, fifty
(50) feet, more or less;
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 1032, as shown on said Map, one hundred
(100) feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee all
her right of dower and all other interest is the aforesaid premises
