622 I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town of North Haven, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut for consideration paid, grant to Frank W. Thornton, of the Town of Greenville, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lote or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots Numbers 1045 and 1046 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island; owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, E. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut", and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: NORTHERLY : by Allens's Cove Road, as shown on said Map, 105.9 feet, more or less; EASTERLY : by part of Lot Number 1032, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY : by Lot Number 1044, as shown on said Map, 109.65 feet, more or less; WESTERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises WITNESS my hand this 15th day of February, A. D. 1937 Ann McFarland Julia G.
