We, Roy D. Springs and Vera L. Springs of the town of Clearwater, State of Florida, for consideration paid, grant to Catherine M. Martin and Mary E. Martin as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, of the City and County of Providence, State of R. I. with WARRANTY COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
That tract of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as shown and designated as lots #932 and #933 on assessors plat 16. Said plat designated "Charlestown-By-The-Sea," Charlestown, Rhode Island, owned and developed by Thomas P. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100' July 25, 1934 K. W. Leighton Civil Engineer. Said plat being on file in the office in the Town Clerk in the Town of Charlestown.
Said lots are bounded and described as follows:
Easterly by Shore Drive on said map fifty feet;
Southerly by lot #931 on said map one hundred feet;
Westerly by part of lot #1007 on said map 50 feet;
Northerly by lot #934 on said map 100 feet.
This conveyance is made subject to restrictions of record.
This conveyance carries with it all parking privileges appurtenant to said land.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to these grantors by deed from Thomas P. Reilly bearing date of August 31, 1934 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown Book #25 at page 539. Reference to said deed and the record thereof being hereby made and had, and the same made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises thereby, conveyed.
We, Roy D. Springs and Vera L. Springs husband and wife release to said grantees all their right of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF we have caused these presents to be signed and its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed by its Manager and Assistant Manager duly authorized, this 6th day of December, A. D. 1954.
