In Westerly on the 20th day of Fevruary, 1953, before me personally appeared the
above named JOSEPH J. SZYDLOWSKI and MARGARET BLISS SZYDLOWSKI, husband and wife, the
Grantors herein, to me known and known to me to be the parties executing the foregoing
instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act
and deed.

We, Fritz J. Swanson and Ernestine Swanson, having received full payment and satisfaction
of our said mortgage, recorded in the land evidence records of the Town of Westerly,
in Book 13, at page 424, do hereby cancel and discharge the same; and covenant to end
with the persons making said payment, that they are the present owners of said mortgage.
