332 MORTGAGE DEED We, EVERETT R. GRAICHEN and wife, LUCY GRAICHEN both of the City and County of Providence, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to SYDNEY COHN of the City of Warwick, County of Kent, State of Rhode Island with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars, payable as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. (Description, and Improvements, if any) All our right title and interest in and to that certain real property located on the southerly side of Post Road in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island as shown on map entitled "Map of Land in Charlestown, Rhode Island to be conveyed to Mr. Harry Emmett Burke and Sadie M. Bliss to W. Stanley Barrett by Wtersman Engineering Co., February 1947". Said tract of Land fronts on Quonochontaug Pond and is bounded on the west by land now or formerly of Harry Emmett Burke, on the north by the land now or formerly of R. Currile, on the east by land now or formerly of the Post Road, and on the south by land now or formerly of Frances K. Currile, in part by land now or formerly of Martha H. Cran-dall, and in part by land now or formerly of Frances K. Currile. Being that portion or possession of said real property standing in our name and possession as of the date hereof, premises conveyed to me and to this mortgagee by W. Stanley Barrett on the 23rd day of September, A. D. 1948 deed and recorded in the land records of the Town of Charles-ton in Deed Book 31 on page 31.
